TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• You can choose with or without accomodation. It is optional and prices will be different.

• We do not tolerate openly racist conducts, insulting behavior, harassment, fighting or any kind of behavior which – based on a basic international consensus - is deemed unacceptable. In these cases students will be expelled from the course and no refund will be given.

• Transfer Manuel Tienda León and other means of transports, from the airport to accomodation, are not included in the price. They are optional.

• Students are responsible for purchasing a comprehensive international health insurance policy to cover health care costs during their visit to Argentina.

•  Students personally assume all risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen, for any harm, injury or damage that may befall them during their visit to Argentina. They are also fully responsible for their luggage and personal property entirely throughout their trip.

•  Students are responsible for observing the legal provisions applicable to enter and leave Argentina.

• Personal expenses arising out of or related to the students stay in Argentina are not included in the price of the purchased services.

• Payments from the student to Necochea ELE shall be made exclusively using the methods specified by Necochea ELE.

•  In case of cancellation of a purchased service or no-show for whatever reason, no refund will be made. The services offered by Necochea ELE are not transferable to a third person in any circumstances.

•  In the case of a delayed arrival for whatever reason without prior notice in writing, the missed services will not be rescheduled nor reimbursed.

•  Students give Necochea ELE permission to reproduce and use for educational or promotional purposes photographs, videos or written testimonies taken of them during their stay in Argentina

•   If the student wishes to change the chosen course for a different one, he/she will  be charged an extra fee . The duration in hours of the new course will be proportional to the amount paid for the original course.
